Martin Kelly

Director & Founder

Martin began working in the bathroom industry in 1981. He became Sales Manager for the bathroom brand Showerlux in 1989 before founding H2O in 2003. On a day-to-day basis, he is responsible for contract sales, buying, and staff development. Martin is committed to offering customers the best value bathroom products available on the market. Being a family man, he is extremely proud of his family-run business and enjoys spending time with his five children and six grandchildren outside of the office.

Charlotte Coates

Director

Charlotte has worked alongside Martin since she was a teenager when the business was first founded, becoming a full-time member of the H2O team in 2007. Every workday is different; she can be found designing luxury bathrooms, having consultations with clients in the showroom, meeting with brand reps, or managing HR. She enjoys working with her close-knit family, spending time with customers, creating designs and specifications and managing projects from start to finish.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending quality time with her husband Jamie and their daughters, exercising, watching films and taking a trip to the pub.

Sam Kelly

Director

Sam became a full-time member at H2O in 2018. With extensive product and technical knowledge, he is responsible for discussing design projects and specifications with customers and the upkeep and running of the H2O showroom. When Sam is not working closely with customers and problem-solving bathroom layouts, he can be found developing new skills and CAD techniques.

In particular, he enjoys being creative with new showroom displays and seeing his ideas come to life.

Outside of the office, Sam spends time running and keeping fit at the gym.

Martha Whitenstall

Accounts & Office Administrator

Martha joined H2O in 2013 and has become an integral part of the team. Her day-to-day responsibilities include sales administration and accounts, dealing with spare parts queries and the upkeep of the showroom interior. Martha enjoys being part of a close-knit team. Outside of the office, she bakes, does yoga and enjoys walks at the beach with her husband and son.

Denise Bell

Company Secretary

Denise has been part of the H2O team since 2005 and works in accounts and sales. Having been part of the business for almost 20 years, she enjoys being part of the team and feels like a member of the family! Denise finds her role at H2O rewarding and finds satisfaction in helping customers achieve the bathroom of their dreams. Outside of work, she spends time with her family and enjoys socialising with friends.

Michelle Mason

Sales

Michelle joined the team in 2016. First and foremost, she is responsible for advising customers and ensuring that every customer gets a beautiful bathroom that is great value for money and a worthwhile investment. Michelle enjoys being part of a supportive team and takes time to keep up with bathroom trends, advising on the latest technology, designs and new releases from luxury brands. When she is not in the office, Michelle can be found walking her dog or sea swimming.

Dave Thompson

Warehouse Manager & Delivery Driver

On leaving school in 1990, Dave joined Vickers Armstrong Engineering and then worked at a print and design company eight years later. Following two years travelling and working in Holland and Spain from 2000-2002, Dave was a nationwide courier before joining the team at H2O in 2010 as warehouse manager and delivery driver. A keen traveller, he has visited most of Europe including Greek islands such as Skiathos and many parts of Asia such as Thailand and India.
