Having worked as a salesman in the bathroom industry since 1981, owner and director Martin Kelly founded H2O in 2003 with the goal of developing luxury German brands Villeroy & Boch, Keuco & Hansgrohe in the heart of the North East.

With a stunning full-service showroom based on the Team Valley Trading Estate, Martin has remained committed to showcasing the latest innovative bathroom technology from world-leading brands.

“We are delighted to be celebrating 20 years as H2O,” said Martin, “building this business has been a very rewarding journey and I am very proud to have the support of my son Sam and daughters, Charlotte and Martha, who play an integral role in the continued growth of H2O. We have a truly close-knit team.”

H2O has forged strong partnerships with international luxury bathroom brands over the years and since its conception remain the largest supplier of Villeroy & Boch and 6 other leading brands.

The business is not just a supplier of quality bathrooms, but the experienced team also offer a dedicated design service and can provide tailored advice to ensure that a customer’s vision for their bathroom is truly realised.

“Customer care is at the heart of everything we do,” Martin explained, “we work with a variety of clients, both residential and commercial, some working to tight budgets and deadlines, and we always put their wants and needs first. The most rewarding part of our job is seeing a client return.

Looking to the future, H2O is hoping to develop their contracts division, working with key property developers and commercial clients while continuing to deliver unrivalled luxury bathrooms to homes across the North East region and further afield.
